AI hosting demands GPU clusters, high-bandwidth low-latency fabrics such as InfiniBand or RoCE, liquid-cooled racks, and contractual SLAs for availability. A substation can be reused; a network architecture cannot. Cooling systems designed for ASIC heat are not, by default, suitable for GPU density.
